Four Meals

Patrick and I cooked four meals the other night because neither one of us loves cooking so we figured we get all the cooking for a week done in one night. Only one of these dishes photographed well, but I promise you, they are all delicious if I do say so myself.

Pistachios (sp?)

Hogan ordered too many pistachios for our clients, so we have been eating them non-stop for a week. It's to the point that we complain about our fingers hurting from cracking them open. I saw a bag of them at the store the other day and thought, "I eat that in an afternoon." Then I noticed the bag was $15. I think our perception of the value of pistachios is becoming distorted.

Tis the season
